Scholarship In Memory of Joseph Hoehn

In memory of my son Joseph I am raising money for a Scholarship to give to a Farmingdale High School graduate this year. Joseph passed away 4 years ago unexpectedly. Joseph was just 12 years old. This year he would be turning 17 years old and he would be graduating High School.
Joseph was born with a rare syndrome and CHD (Congenital Heart Disease). Despite all the Challenges he faced in his 12 short years he was here, he always had a smile on his face and he never gave up! Since his passing my family and I have helped other bereaved families and children with life threatening illnesses in his memory.
We would like to give this Scholarship to a student that will be going to school to work with Special Needs Children.
