Help save Mooses life

Moose is my beautiful year and a half old Miniature Dachshund with the sassiest and most loving personality. I am a senior, finishing up my undergraduate degree at Furman University where Moose has grown up. She has been living with me on campus the past two years, serving as a comfort pet and best friend.
Unfortunately, early yesterday afternoon Moose suffered an extreme allergic reaction to something out of the blue, that caused her to have extreme gastrointestinal trauma along with nonstop vomiting and diarrhea. After being rushed to the hospital, her heart rate dropped from a low 60 bpm to an even lower 20 bpm. (An average heart rate for a dog her size should be around 100 bpm). She has been on an IV constantly since being admitted to the clinic but is still suffering from dehydration. The results of her blood work have not been comforting, as her readings are all over the place, pointing to a variety of possible issues. On top of her previously mentioned symptoms, Moose is now showing signs of pneumonia as well.
Although it has not even been 24 hours yet, the cost of her life saving treatment has already totaled to well over $2,000. My parents have been as financially supportive as possible but this continues to be a huge burden as Moose is still in need of constant surveillance and treatment. I am grateful for absolutely anything you are able to contribute.
Moose has brought, and continues to bring so much happiness and laughter to not only my life, but the lives of many others as well. I beg that you help us save her life, as I cant even begin to imagine life without her.
