Help for Sadie

From the moment I saw Sadie, I knew she would change my life forever. I have never had so much love for an animal and she is truly my best friend. At about six months, Sadie began developing chronic utis. After five years, numerous antibiotics, and countless vet visits, Sadie has taken a turn for the worse. The last round of antibiotics have caused her immune system to shut down and has lead the development of sores on her skin. I have turned to a holistic vet as a last ditch effort. The cost has become overwhelming and I have no where else to turn. Sadie is my everything and I'm not ready to lose such a wonderful animal and friend. Any help would be beyond appreciated.
