Lost everything to house fire.

Waking up to a boom at 3:30 ish A.M. I run outside to see my neighbor's house on fire. After calling 911, and hearing that it was already reported,  I go back out to watch the firefighters do their job. They are there almost immediately, working on the fire. But only minutes after, the man who lived in the burning house starts shooting at us with a shotgun.  We flee around the corner, now waiting for the cops to show up. The house burning the whole time. We wait for about 30 minutes for him to get caught, while the fire is inching ever closer to my house. By the time he is subdued it is too late for my home. I spent the next 4 hours watching everything I own burn to the ground. I have no renters insurance. Please help.
