Unexpected Relocation

Hello, my name is Drew Leibrock. In the picture with me is my surrogate sister Cherry and her son Kevin.
We are having to move out of our current apartment, in the not to distant future, due to issues happening in the structure, because of it's age.
My sister has lived with since September of 2010. She came to live with me to attend school and also for many surgeries. Her son since he was born in October 2013. My nephew calls me "dad", because he is not active in his life. Even though not blood related, they are my closest family members.
My mother was also staying with us from Nov of 2011, until she past away in July of 2015, from stage 4 liver cancer.
We are hoping to pack up all our things into a container and have it shipped over and delivered to Dumaguete, Philippines. There it will be stored until we can finalize getting all issues settled here. Then also go there to live. My sister is from the Philippines and wants to move back there finally. I have been wanting to retire there also, and since my mother is gone, I have nothing holding me here anymore. I want to continue to help raise my nephew with a "dad" figure in his life.
I have been visiting the Philippines since 2009. I fell in love with that country on the first trip. My last trip, after seeing many places there, I decided that Dumaguete was the area I wanted to settle in.
This plan was meant for later in the future, but with this relocation being unexpected and years early, we are caught financially not ready for the large expense.
We basically live pay check to pay check, so this coming up about 8 years ahead of time, is very shocking for us.
The funds raised will be purchasing the container, shipping of it, duties and taxes after it arrives there, the small piece of land the container will be stored on, shipping of the things we will need while here trying finalize the final steps of leaving the US and flights for the three of us to follow after.
Hopefully I will sell that last items we have here, and be able to gather enough funds to build a small house for us to live in there. The property and house will be owned by my sister, and be their future.
