Must Move to Finish MFA!!!!!

I have been working since 2011 to get my MFA.  I graduated from SCU cum laude and imediatly started at NDNU.  I am 2 sememsters away from graduating.  I have almost no money left and my Scrooge of a landlord is raising my rent by $300 a month starting December 1.  (Happy Christmas)   My husband and I have no reserve to move, none at all.  I am terrified. I am out of options.  Everything I have has gone to my education.  When I tried to explain this to my landlord he told me I should move to Tracy.   The sign I am holding up in the photo means HELP.  And if you know me, you know how hard it is for me to ask.
