<div>Several weeks ago, he suffered from a severe intestinal occlusion. This is the third time he has been admitted to the hospital. He underwent surgery a few weeks ago, and the medical expenses keep piling up.

<div>Unfortunately, his health insurance refuses to cover any expenses claiming this was a preexisting condition from 2011. If that had been the case, he would have passed away because no one survives a gastrointestinal occlusion more than a few weeks. Right now he is in the hospital having another procedure related to this incident which creates new expenses.

<div>Sadly, with the financial contributions from my family, we have not been able to cover that large amount, so I’m asking for your help so he can to pay this huge amount.

<div>Hace varias semanas sufrió de una oclusión intestinal severa. Esta es la tercera vez que ha sido internado en el hospital. Fue intervenido quirúrgicamente hace unas semanas, lo que ha significado un enorme gasto para él y para mi familia.

<div>Lamentablemente, el seguro de gastos médicos mayores que tiene con GNP se niega a cubrir ese importe alegando una condición preexistente del 2011. Si ese fuera el caso, ya se hubiera muerto porque nadie sobrevive más de unas pocas semanas a una oclusión intestinal. Ahorita mismo está en el hospital siendo intervenido, lo que significa nuevos gastos.
