Please help the Parker family

Jen Parker is a great wife and a loving mother of two children, Deanna and Tommy. She has Soft Tissue Sarcoma which has now lead her into palliative care (Hospice) as of recent because her condition continues to decline as she is no longer a candidate for treatment. She has suffered from Soft Tissue Sarcoma in the past and beat it but unfortunately it has returned with a vengeance for a second time and has been persistent for a year now. The Parker family is preparing for the end and will need financial help with ongoing medical expenses for her care as well as funeral costs. 
Jen has selflessly raised over $12,000 for the Jimmy Fund over the past few years participating in the walk. If we could all give back to her and her family to help in this difficult and sad time it would be greatly appreciated by her loved ones.
