When I was a child; there were only three things that seemed to calm me when stressed; star trek, computers and fish.

I wasn't diagnostted as being autistic until my late 20's; but remember that having an aquarium had always been a way for me to deal with the many hardships of life or thye axiety that seemed to plague me...

An aquarium can be a great form of thearpy for those who are on the autism spectrum or whom may have other forms of developmential difficulties; and I want to help those children who don't have the means of obtaining a trained four legged support animal to find the frienship they crave in theraputic fish.

It is our goal to give every child that needs and qualifies for one, a complete aquarium setup and a show-quality fish.

With your support and donations, I am looking to establish a chairty that breeds award-winning Betta Splendeds, Fancy Goldfish, Axolotyl's and other popular freshwater fish and plants and to grant a portion of them to children free of charge (or at a greaty discounted rate, based upon their need) and to schools, to help them estabish isiolation rooms for children with autism who need a safe calming place to go to and de-stress; and to sell the rest, both to retail and wholesale customers.

Each kit granted to a child will include a 20-gallon long or 29-gallon aquarium and hood, low-energy LED lights, heater, filter, decorations, plants and a selectic of fish or plants depending on the childs choice.

We have three major milestones to rach...

The first milestone in our crowdfundng efforts is to raise the estimated $1,500 needed to obtain proper licensing as well as being able to apply for non-profit status.

Our second major milesone is to raise the funds needed to equipment and supply our storefront and to establish our freshwater fish breeding program. I estimate that about $18,000 is needed to complete this goal.

Our final milestone will be to collect enough donations to supply 100 local autistic kids with stocked aquariums by the end of 2018; the amount we need to reach this goal is $28,000.

This non-profit will first start out helping children in Washington State, but I am hoping that it will expand all across the United States.
