FUTA Alumni NA Reunion 2018
City: Houston, TX
Date: October 26: 7pm - Tired and October: 27: All Day
Venue: Multiple (Buffet restaurant, PinStack, Hilton Galleria)
Agenda: Loaded (Buffet, comedy, business forum, games, bingo, networking, foundation, dinner party, party, party, dance, food, and other activities)
Amount: $120 per person or $200 per couple
The primary purpose and mission of FUTA NA Alumni Group is to:
- Promote the interest and welfare of FUTA
- Provide community, social and networking opportunities to ALL current and former students of FUTA
- Keep all former students connected to FUTA and each other
- Support/provide a forum for existing and new alumni to form new friendship s and business/professional relationships
This Reunion event is to further the purpose and mission of the FUTA NA Alumni Group as stated above.
Individual or businesses that want to market/advertise their business are welcome to sponsor this event. Example, put their logo on the T-shirt and make all T-shirts for free or Sponsor the main event in part or in full with naming rights.
We need to complete funding for the reunion by August 2018 so we can finalize the planning.

Evening Hangout: 6pm - 12am
- Buffet King Chinese restaurant - $$
- Comedy or Night club
- House of Blues
Main Reunion Day: Saturday, October 27, 2018
10:00am - 2:00pm
(Brunch, snacks & drinks)
MORNING / NOON
Main Event / Pin Stack / Dave & Buster / Entertianment Venue / Adventure Landing
Group events such as
- bowling,
- laser tag,
- putt putt,
- go-kart racing with gifts to "winners". Very casual with matching T-shirt and blue/black jeans
After event, we can go back to hotel/home and change to formal wear for the evening.
EVENING DINNER PARTY
Dinner Party: Formal Time: 5:00pm - 12:00am
Venue: Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria
NOTE: 5:00pm reception and photo shoot on red carpet
1. Reception, Photo Shoot and video/photo gallery (30 minutes)
2. Formal Discussion and Business Sessions (60minute)
- Memory of departed
- Alumni Business Session and Facilitation to be determined
- Business Topic
- Guest speaker or interesting FUTA topic - done while we are eating dinner
3. Plated or Buffet dinner pick up and interaction (30mins)
4. Comedy skits (30minutes)
5. Gift exchange and draws to benefit FUTA (30 minutes)
6. DJ open dance floor for party to start. We can also have Casino (fake money?) so people can interact however they please (120 minutes)
In between would be jokes, music & things to keep the night alive.
