JAMES FAY

Walked into Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit on December 31.2023 for a breathing treatment. There was some type altercation with the hospital staff/security and James ended up with a deep bleeding gash in the back of his head that was never explained. He never recovered. James was placed a ventilator and later being placed on a Tracheostomy where he then became unresponsive. He fought hard bouncing in and out of several hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and care facilities, unfortunately on February 12,2025 he passed away.

As James next of kin, the weight of making final arrangement as fell on us has he did not carry any life insurance.

James was a loving father, brother, BIG cousin and our beloved handyman that would do anything for his family and friends.

Family and friend we are asking for any possible support to place him to rest.
