Funeral Services - Sharon Ikeda

Sharon Ikeda passed away on June 25, 2017. She was a mother, a TAMC RN, and a friend. I personally worked with her for the past three years on the Ortho-Neuro-Vascular floor at Tripler Army Medical Center. She was a  staple in the Oahu medical community, having worked with many doctors, nurses, and aides around the island for many years. 

Her youngest daughter is currently in Child Protective Services custody, and as a minor, lacks the funds to hold a memorial service for Sharon.  The funds we raise here will be used to pay the funeral home and secure a grave site. We are currently in the process of selecting a site to hold her service, and will be updating this webpage as more details come along.

Contact with her daughter has been mainly though the CPS social worker, and thus has been few and far between. As of now, we know that she is safe and wants to see her mother memorialized in one of Oahu's cemetaries. Several programs have been contacted, and we hope to ensure that she'll be taken care of both financially and socially until she turns 18.
