Funeral Services for Blake Voight

Blake was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome, along with having a lung popped at birth that was never recovered. Medically, he was not expected to live past 12 years old.

That being said, this kid with half a heart, had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever known. His love for his family, his cat Gizmo, and wrestling are just a few of his passions. He knew he was sick, but he did not let it stop him. He had this undeniable Will to live. Not even for himself, but for his family. He strived to make everyone around him happy. He told the BEST, most detailed stories you’ve ever heard. He wanted you to feel the joy he felt, always. And being in his presence, you couldn’t help but reciprocate it.

Against the odds, Blake lived his best life until he was 17 years old. His parents, Danielle and David, made sure he never went a day without feeling loved. He spent his weekends with his grandmother and his uncles, making the best memories. He never wanted for anything, his heart was full and so were those around him.

Please help our nephew Blake be laid to rest in the manner he deserves, with everyone he loved and who loved him there to support him and his family. A life gone way too soon, that deserved to be here far more than anyone I know.
