Funeral Service & Memorial for Dad

Dad went into hospital due to an allergic reaction from Lesinopril a blood pressure medication. He was  treated for an allergic reaction. During his stay test revealed his arteries were clogged. He opted for surgery . I urged Dad to get a second opinion but the hospital weren’t able to release him due to his condition. When the doctors went in to do the surgery, it was to be a triple bypass but realized he had another clogged artery. Veins were removed from his feet to his heart. He was doing well and walking around  two days after the surgery. Suddenly his blood pressure started to decrease and doctors were unable to determine what happened. He was coded twice first on his lungs and then on his heart. He went into a coma and all his organs began failing. He coded again and died on Tuesday November 21, 2017 at 4:00  am. My father”s death was unexpected and I still wish he was here or didn’t have the surgery.  I would have had more time with him His death was unexpected and we are working to raise funds to cover his memorial and funeral service. His burial is tentative for the month of December 2017.
