Funeral Service for Jayson Izquierdo
On Saturday April 17th, 2021, Jayson Adonis “Sonny” Izquierdo, beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, passed away at age 9 after being struck by a car. He was hit while crossing a street with his brother, Jayden Izquierdo (16) and their friend, Nate (17). Nate passed away at the scene and Jayson passed away 30 minutes later after fighting for his life in the ER.
Sonny was a ray of sunshine in this world and will be thoroughly missed. He made an impact in so many lives in such a devastatingly short time. Sonny was known by everyone as the goofy intelligent comedian with the best dance moves who always put a smile on your face.
We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Sonny’s family as this passing was completely unexpected. On Friday April 23rd, 2021, family and friends can join us at Dove-Witt Family Mortuary, located at 6630 S. US HWY 85/87, Fountain, CO 80817, from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Services will be held at 6:00 P.M.
The family is overwhelmed by the support shown so far and can’t thank you all enough for helping our family during this time.
All excess funds will be put towards a celebration of Sonny’s life that will be held in NYC the week of April 26, 2021.
