Funeral service for Malachi Joshua Avalos

No one can ever plan for the passing of your sweet baby before you even get a chance to hold them.

I was looking forward to today.....

Just 12 hours I was mulling over all of the wonderful pictures I would post of my first nephew being brought into this world. Today was going to be a day of celebration and nervous delight as I imagined my little brother holding his first child, heck, I already had a list of encouraging words to say to my little brother of all the brilliant new adventures he was about to embark on  with his new son.

Driving after work last night to the hospital, I thought of all the kisses and smothering I was going to lay into this little boy. I pictured me smelling his newborn smell, his little fingers wrapped around my thumb, rubbing his full head of hair and nicknames I would soon call him. I brings me to tears that in just an instant all of those thoughts and dreams would be wiped away...

Malachi Joshua Avalos went back to join his father in heaven shortly after his early delivery last night. 
This sudden loss of course brings unforeseen costs to our family as we prepare to bury our little nephew. We humbly ask if our family and friends could help and contribute in any small way, it would be overly valuable and supportive to our family at this fortuitous time of loss and pain.
We would be forever grateful.
