Funeral Expenses for David's Mom

David Richards is a nineteen year old full-time college freshman at UL, and currently works two jobs to pay college expenses. If you've ever met David, you know that he is smart, kind, enthusiastic, and has an intense desire to succeed in life, regardless of the obstacles that he has faced - and there have been many. My boys and I are so fortunate that he has been in our lives, and our goal is to help him succeed. 
David's mom, Dana, passed away this week and did not have a policy to cover funeral expenses. She did not have a life insurance policy, and left few resources to cover funeral expenses.  The funds required to have even a simple funeral service are more than David can afford.
Ordinarily, it's not easy to ask for money, but under the circumstances I felt compelled to help. Funeral flowers are nice, but they will not help David like your donations will.  All donations are deeply appreciated. In the event the donations exceed the actual cost of the funeral, I will personally ensure that those funds are used exclusively to help with David's college expenses. 
Visitation is on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 4:00 - 7:00 at Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, LA.
