Funeral Fund For Beloved Son Lost to Suicide

Fernando immigrated to the United States along with his single mother Elza and his big sister from Mantena, Minas Gerais in Brazil.
On December 12 2020 Fernando took his own life after years of struggling with depression.
Fernando was 20 years old.

Elza works as a house cleaner in the Boston area and is unable to afford the funeral costs for her son.
This GoFundMe campaign will go directly towards funeral costs for her son. Anything over campaign amount will go towards Elza who will need to find mental health counseling for her surviving daughter and herself.

She is helping Elza during this time of need especially because Elza does speak English. The funds are to be used for funeral expenses at “ Paul Buonfiglio +sons _ Bruno funeral Home, located in Revere MA, for Elza’s son Fernando Mateus Amaro De Morais and to have the body sent to Brazil for buried where he was born. Elza authorized Rosane to withdraw funds on her behalf and issue money from personal checking account.
