Funeral Fund Axel & Omar Sanchez

Axel Sanchez, a first grader at Cesar Chavez Language Academy in Santa Rosa, tragilcally died alongside his father in a drowning accident on Sunday, December 17th, 2017 at Goat Rock Beach. Axel was known for his huge smile, expressive eyes, and inquisitive personality. He was known by all on campus, always stopping to give a hug and say hello. His father, Omar, was known for volunteering at the school, and was always available to support his sons. A loving and devoted father and husband, he cared not just about his sons' education, but was concered about the progress of all students. Axel and Omar are survived by Yesenia (wife and mother) and 8 year old William (son/brother). Funds will be used to help the family with funeral expenses.
