Funeral for Michael Steven Moffett

It is with the heaviest of hearts I announce that our family has suffered a tragic, profound, and unexpected loss this week. Michael Moffett Sr, a father, brother, husband, son, and wonderful friend, unexpectedly passed away in the afternoon of Tuesday, March 13th. Many knew Michael as the man with the infectious smile, a big accent, a bigger heart, and the ability to make anyone laugh. His family knew him as a wonderful and attentive son, a loving husband of 27 years, an amazing father to his 4 children and the best Pop-up his grandchildren could ask for. Mike had a special gift in his ability to turn any situation into an opportunity for laughter. A natural entertainer, he loved to use his passion for family, friends, music, and cooking to bring people together. Mike made every heavy burden of the world just seem lighter with his presence and was truly a special man.

 As sudden and unexpected as his death was, any kind of help his family receives right now will mean the world to them. Having to deal with the monumental loss of Michael will be exceedingly difficult in itself, so whether it be donating or sharing his story, your efforts are appreciated.
