Family and friends of Rachel Montoya Dominguez are asking for your help in raising funds for the funeral service of her grandson Jacob Jesse Dominguez.
Jacob graduated from South Hills High School, Covina, CA in 2016 where he played baseball and basketball.
He had been working in the construction field and was very proud to follow in his grandfather's footsteps.
Rachel raised Jacob from an early age teaching him the values of respect, hard work, and helping others. He could be seen around the Cal Poly Pomona campus where he often volunteered with his grandmother at various events.
Jacob's life was tragically cut short just before Christmas. Details of his death are being investigated and the family does not have answers -- but, he will need to be laid to rest.
Please help Rachel pay for her grandson's funeral. Whether it is $5 or $50, the family appreciates any financial support you can provide during this difficult time.
Any funds raised above the funeral costs will be used as scholarships for Cal Poly Pomona students.
