Funeral Expenses for Richard Hooper

On 08/29/2017 heaven gained another angel. One that they felt was needed more up there then down here on Earth. Richard Jackson Hooper Jr. father to 6 children and grandfather to many grandchildren, always put everyone before him. ALWAYS. He would always say to EVERYONE he knew, "What can i do for you". That's just who he was. He always wanted to help everyone and never asked anyone for anything. If you were happy and healthy, so was he. He was a strong loveable man. After being diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015, he fought hard, worked as much as he could so he could be the provider for his family and did not want them in any financial cricis. It got to a point where he couldn't work anymore. He then had surgery to remove the cancer from one of his lungs and it was a SUCCESS!! We were all soo happy that God blessed this family with such wonderful news and to give him more time on this earth with everyone who loved him more than life. The recovery time was long, but he pushed through! This year, he was diagnosed with bone cancer. He fought and fought again.
One day he was fighting through the pain, laughing with his family on this 65th birthday and less than two weeks later he went to be with his momma and brother among others in Heaven. Anyone who knew Richard, knows that he would give you his last dollar. These past 2 years, he fought so hard because he did not want his family to be in this financial situation. Both cancers have taken a huge toll finanacially on this family these past 2 years and now we are reaching out to everyone who loved Richard. Everyone who knew what an amazing man that he was. I am asking if you could help with these emergency expenses. He tried so hard to fight and work and prepare, but as life goes, it passes you by and is gone in the blink of any eye.
