My close friends Kevin Perkins, and Kat Fishers daughter passed away on 12-22-17, 3 days before Christmas, from complications of pneumonia. Nora was 5 years old. Kevin and Kat are now faced with funeral expenses that they are unable to afford. Nora was a very beautiful little girl. She always had a hug, and an I love you for everybody she knew.
