Funeral Expenses for Killed Transgender Mhelody

Mhel, transgender, aged 25 from the Philippines tragically passed away while on vacation in Wagga Wagga, NSW Australia.
Sadly Mhel’s passing was tragic and unexpected. Mhel’s brother Leonel confirmed today, Monday 1st October 2019 that the NSW Coroners forensic staff contacted him and his family stating that Mhel’s death was caused from being choked.
A 31 year old male has been charged with manslaughter and released on bail in relation to Mhel’s death. Court will commence early November 2019.
The family are seeking assistance and guidance from the Philippine Embassy and the department of Foreign Affairs to assist with the repatriation of Mhel’s body back home to the Philippines.
In addition to this tragic and and unexpected death, Mhelody’s family really need financial support to assist with her funeral expenses in the Philippines.
I ask kindly that you generously donate towards this fund so Mhel’s family can give her this final farewell and dignified funeral that she so deserves.
