Funeral expenses for loving father David Ruiz

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to say my father, David Ruiz, has passed away last night due to Covid-19. He was diagnosed with Covid in December. Soon after he was hospitalized with pneumonia where he was given oxygen and medication to help fight off Covid. Soon after he had a horrific severe stroke due to Covid-19. Our family’s hearts weigh heavily after this tragic circumstance has bestowed upon our family during these challenging times. Our family is heart broken because visitations weren’t allowed and was only allowed to see him through a zoom call.
Everyone who knew my father, knew he was a selfless, generous man who always put his family, God and others before himself. If you had the pleasure of meeting him you would have experienced the gift he carried. Through his love and faith of God he touch many hearts. He devoted his time with a prayer group praying for people and families in their toughest moments. 38 years ago he married a wonderful woman and built a family filled with unforgettable memories. He was blessed with 5 children and 4 grandchildren including one born today who he was eager to meet. He gave his life to help others and now I humbly ask you for a helping hand to help pay for his funeral cost during these rough unexpected times. Con gran pesar le escribo para decirle que nuestro papa, David Ruiz, falleció anoche debido al Covid-19. Le diagnosticaron Covid en Diciembre. Poco después fue hospitalizado con neumonía, donde le administraron oxígeno y medicamentos para ayudar a combatir a Covid. Poco después, el martes sufrió un terrible derrame cerebral debido al Covid-19. Nuestra familia está desconsolada porque no se permitieron las visitas y solo se le permitió verlo a través de una llamada de zoom.
Todos los que conocían a mi papa sabían que era un hombre humilde y generoso que siempre puso a su familia, Dios y los demas primero. Si tuvieras el placer de conocerlo, habrias conocido el don que tenia a través de su amor y fe en Dios, tocó muchos corazones. Dedicó su tiempo con un grupo de oración orando por las personas y familias en sus momentos más difíciles. Hace 38 años se casó con una mujer maravillosa y formó una familia llena de recuerdos inolvidables. Fue bendecido con 5 hijos y 4 nietos, incluido un baroncito que nacio una hora despues de que fallecio y a quien estaba ansioso por conocer. Dio su vida para ayudar a otros y ahora le pido humildemente que nos ayuden a pagar el costo de su funeral durante estos tiempos difíciles e inesperados.
