Funeral Expenses for Juan Diaz

Donation protected
For more than six decades, Juan Diaz filled his life with laughter and love. And it was a full life as an Army veteran serving for his country, a father of three, grandfather of five, uncle, son, cousin, brother, and friend to dozens and dozens of family and friends who passed through the warm Bensenville home he created with his wife Connie. That home was open to all, as were their hearts. Unfortunately, on October 7, that great big heart of his stopped and Juan passed.

As a great man, he has left a lasting impression on all who knew and loved him. Juan was a strong role model, treated everyone like family, and we are all proud to have known him. He and Connie always gave and gave and gave for those in need—without question. It has been a long few days following Juan’s passing with many family and friends asking how to help. Here is how:

We are asking for any donation, any size, to help the family cover the needs of honoring him, including the wake and funeral, burial services, and other associated costs. Throughout his long, hard-fought battle with cancer, he was denied life insurance, leaving the family with little resources to give him a proper goodbye. Please help us honor Juan Diaz and the kindhearted, dedicated family he leaves to continue in his honor.

Thank you all!
