Funeral Expenses for John Woltz

As most of you already know, John was diagnosed with FTD, also known as frontotemporal dementia, in July of 2014. John has declined incredibly fast and is in his final days. FTD is a cruel disease. It took my handsome, funny, hard working husband and turned him into a complete stranger. I've lost him little by little since his diagnosis and now there's just a shell of a man who I love with all of my heart and soul.
I am such a stubborn and proud person and it pains me to have to ask for help but I want to be able to do something nice for John after he passes. Thank you in advance.
