Funeral expenses for James Kao

James Kao was someone who always lent a helping hand when needed. He was caring and kind to everyone he’s met. Always have put others before himself. Unfortunately the happiest people are always the ones who are battling with a demon inside of them. James was struggling with depression and has unfortunately passed away July 25th, 2021. He left behind a daughter and tons of family who loves him The Kao family are asking for donations to help with funeral costs to lay him to rest. Any amount will help. Thank you


A lot of people didn’t know much about Kayla’s father because I didn’t speak much of him, but he was always in her life. Kayla loved going over to spend time with him and his family. She knew her dad loved her unconditionally and is mature enough to know that he tried his best to be there for her. 
I used to have so much hatred towards him but I forgave him because I knew he loved Kayla and would do anything for her. That was all I needed. 
He was the light of his family. He made sure everyone was happy before his himself. I know we all have guilt and regret. His family, myself, even Kayla, but I know guilt is not what he wanted us to feel. Depression is a monster that sometimes can’t be beat. I hope he’s found peace within himself. 
He’s always been the protector and will continue to be.
