Funeral Expenses for Heather Melton

Hi all this is not something that I would normally do but I am asking for help to raise money for the funeral expenses for my sister Heather. She passed away suddenly on January 15th and this was not something that any of us were ready for.

Heather was the type of person and those who know her would agree she would do anything for anyone no questions asked. Often times she put others before herself. She had a smile that was contagious and an amazing heart.

She left behind two amazing kids Harley and Cody ages 12 and 10. Their world got turned upside down on Monday and we want to make sure that Heather and the kids get the services that they deserve and the chance to say good bye.

Heather did have life insurance but it was left in our dads name and it will take me a few months before I will be able to access that money as I will have to wait 40 days from her passing before I can request a small estate affidavit to get that started.

I truly hate to ask but right now this is really what we need as a family to begin to heal and take our next steps as a very different family. I understand that times are tough and any amount will help if you can’t give please share this and say a prayer for me and the kids.
