Funeral Expenses for Franklin David Leal
February 17, 2020 Franklin was just leaving Lucky Dog Bark & Brew after his shift. He rode his bicycle to and from work but this night a careless driver struck Franklin while he was riding home. The crash happened around 11:01 p.m. on Harrisburg Road, Near Starnes Randall Road and Saltpeter Street. Unfortunately the driver of the vehicle did not stop. Franklin passed at the scene.
Police believe a white Toyota Corolla, between a 2005 and 2008 model, struck him from behind and drove off.
Not only are we asking for assistance in finding the driver that killed Franklin, but we are asking for
your kind donations to help his family give him a proper funeral. He was only 24 years of age and was one of the nicest kindest men you’ll ever meet. He was extremely hard-working, always had a smile
on his face,was willing to help anyone in need and loved all the dogs that he cared for.
