It is with a heavy heart that I share news about the loss of our beloved father and grandfather, Billy Bahe.
Billy passed on peacefully on December 24, 2020, having lived a long and full life.
Billy was Tó’áhani, born for Tá’bąąhá. His maternal grandfather was Táchii’ni and his paternal grandfather was Tódích’íinii. He will be laid to rest at his maternal homestead at Łii tsé íłkaa’ nabitiin (Horse Shoe Trail), which is located west of Chinle, Arizona.
The pandemic has caused numerous obstacles for customary family gatherings and the collection of donations to offset funeral expenses. At the request of many, this fundraiser has been set up to assist allow family and friends to safely donate, out of respect. Thanks for honoring tradition.
