On September 4 2017, my brother in law, Ed, took his own life.
When my sister met Ed, I gained a brother. From the first time I ever met Ed, he treated me like his little sister. I would visit Jess and stay over on weekends when I was younger. I would bug him and bug him to play with me the whole weekend, and he always did, even though I always drove him crazy! He was a man with little patience to begin with; but with me, he had all the patience in the world. We had a very special bond.
My sister, Jessica and their son, Nathan are devistated by the loss of their loving and dedicated husband and father. We all know how expensive funerals can be, and she is now the single mother of a small child. Any help they can get to cover the costs, to give him a proper goodbye, would be immensely appreciated.
Everything contributed will go toward the cost of the funeral, and anything left over will go toward a trust fund for their 6 year old son, Nathan, to use for college tuition and other expenses in the future.
Please help however you can! Anything you are able to give will make a huge difference, no matter how small you think it may be.
