Funeral Costs for Matthew "Tet" Toepfer
Donation protected
After a long battle with addiction, on Saturday morning, June 13th, we lost Matt "Tet" Toepfer at 34 years old. Matt was many things - a loving father to his children Kwynn and Corbin, brother, son, friend to many, an artist and entertainer. Matt was a firebreather, was a part of local goth nights and the music scene in Toledo, and participated in activism over the years.
As mentioned in his obituary, Matt will be remembered for his big infectious smile, his crazy sense of humor, and indomitable free spirit which will live with us in our hearts forever. To say he will be missed is an understatement - Matt was beloved by many who will always remember his kindness, talents and laughter.
Matt didn't have life insurance, so the funds raised will go to his family to cover the cost of his burial services and funeral. Anything extra will go directly to Kwynn and Corbin, his daughter and son.
Matt's family has requested that the formal funeral service be private.
If you have any questions, reach out to Allie Lahey, longtime friend of Matt's sister Carly, directly through GoFundMe.
