Funeral Costs and Related Expenses

My name is Michael and I am starting this account because my best friend of 34 years Christine Bender was shot and killed outside her house in the Chimney Hill Section of Virginia Beach this morning.  She was the kindest most caring person you would ever want to meet.  She will be deeply missed.  I was in the Navy with her husband Robert in the 1980's and we have been friends ever since.  He is my best friend.  Christine has three beautiful daughters and three granchildren.  The money raised will be used to help the Bender family with funeral expenses, and expenses related to Christine's death whether it be for medical expenses or any bills that may now be generated that will surely add to the burden of this senseless tradegy.  Any small donation would be greatly appreciated.  The Bender family has always been so giving and has always treated me as a family member.  This is my way of helping out and doing something special for them to give back.  This time is stressful enough for everyone but a tragedy like this makes you realize that life truely is a gift and nobody is promised tomorrow.  Your gift would definetly help the family is this most difficult time.  God bless you all and thank you for your thoughts, prayers and support.
