Millie's Funeral/Memorial.

Donation protected

Milagrito Perez Pacheco (Millie) passed away at an untimely age of 48 this past Friday, July 13, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford after a nine-month battle against liver cancer. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

Millie was a proud resident of Hartford, CT and worked in one of the city's prime locations for businesses and professionals. She was the property manager of 20 Church St in downtown Hartford for over 20 years. Her service and professionalism were unmatched and was respected and loved by many vendors and tenants.

She leaves behind her husband of 23 years Armando Pacheco, her young son Armandoyoel Pacheco, mother Lucia, father Evaristo, brothers Jose, Miguel, Evaristo Jr., nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and other brothers and sisters from her father's side of the family. Our family is grieving and the last thing we want them to worry about at this difficult time is the overwhelming medical bills and funeral cost.

Since first diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer this past November, Millie never gave up and fought very hard with her insurance company and physicians for medical treatments and specialists in liver cancer. She traveled back and forth to New York City for chemotherapy and treatments despite her health insurance provider not authorizing certain procedures and doctors giving her very little hope. Millie had a very strong will to live as she was very young and the thought of leaving her only son Armandoyoel and husband Armando alone on this earth tormented her.

Anyone who knew Millie knows that she had a huge heart and would help anyone in moments of need. She was a magnificent woman who devoted her life to her son, husband, family, and her job. She touched so many people's lives and was loved by so many. Please consider celebrating her life by helping her son and husband in their time of need with your donations, no amount is too great or small. All donations will be used to help defray funeral and extensive medical bills after which 100% of the proceeds will go towards the college education and living expenses of her only son Armandoyoel.

Anyone wishing to make an offline contribution may also mail a check directly to Armandoyoel, 18 Freeman St. Apt 3 Hartford, CT 06114. (Offline donations will be added directly to and reflected in this fundraiser)
