Funeral and Memorial Service Fund

My brother Matthew was a fun, caring, and kind father, husband, role model and hero to two complete strangers with his gift of organ donation. He passed away in the prime of his life, leaving behind a three-year-old son, and sixteen-year-old stepdaughter to his life partner of seven years. Matthew's death came as a shock to the entire family, as his medical problems were unforeseen and a lack of health insurance was a driving factor in his premature passing. The funds raised through this campaign will be used for funeral expenses and memorial service so Matthews family may all come together and celebrate Matthews life. The leftover funds would be given to his son, step-daughter and fiance for essential living expenses of his household since they just lost his income and will need a stop gap  to prevent any further loss. My entire family has been so appreciative of the support we've already received and this is hard for us to ask for help. Thank you, Jesse
