Fund Velé in First Round Production

Our dream started in seventh grade sewing class, as fashion nerds with imaginations runway high. Yet, as we dove deeper into the industry we felt constrained by unrealistic expectations of beauty and worth. Our chats as friends quickly spurred our desire to tell a new story in the fashion industry. The name Velé is derived from the Latin root of the word wanted, because we believe all are worthy, wanted.

To build a community of empowerment, we are committed to ethical production and partnering those bringing restoration to the exploited. We are working with the highest caliber of leather artisans in Ubrique, Spain to make our sleek and adaptable Cross-body Clutch and Simple Wallet. We are also thrilled to be supporting Not For Sale with 10% of gross revenue to fight human trafficking.
