Sarah Pearce (of Idaho) New Life Startup

Sarah Pearce, freed after 11 years in prison, for a crime that she did not commit.  She was convicted on eye-witness testimony that was later recanted.  No other evidence was offered that would convict her.  She was released after 11+ years in prison with one of the conditions being that she cannot sue the local government that convicted her.  This innocent girl lost all of her twenties and deserves a new start.  Please help with any dollar amount.  Her story aired on Dateline on July 11, 2014.  Refer to Dateline Episode "One Summer Night" OR http://www.ktvb.com/news/crime/Sarah-Pearce-back-in-court-250388321.htmlfor more on her story.  Thank you.

To all donors: My wife and I watched the Dateline NBC (7/11/2014) episode and were deeply touched by the deep pain and humiliation that Sarah (and her mother) endured for 12 years having been wrongfully accused of a heinous crime. We wanted to do something and we looked for a way to give assuming that a funding page already existed for Sarah.  When we could not find one, we decided to start one ourselves.  All donations will go directly to Sarah so that she can begin again.  We will work with KTVB TV/Idaho Inncoence Project to ensure that the donations check makes it directly into Sarah's hands.  And, we will followup with a photo to all donors via email.  <gphuh>
