Jeanne's Medical Fund

Assistant Professor Jeanne Michele Valencia from the Department of Chemical Engineering, UPLB is currently fighting for her life at the Intensive Care Unit of Seiko Kaoru Meeting Shintokyo Hospital in Chiba, Japan. Last December 15, 2017, five hours after landing in Japan for a short vacation, she experienced severe headaches and vomiting. She was rushed to the hospital unconscious. At 1:30AM of December 16, her CT Scans showed multiple blood clots in her brain. The doctors are trying their best to stabilize her condition. Her mother and younger brother are both applying for rush passport and Visa to be with Ma’am Jeanne. The family is in need of financial support for the growing hospital expenses.
