Funds for kidney transplant surgery

This fund is for my cousin Aliu Adeyinka Balogun in Nigeria. He is 34years old, male, single and an orphan. He was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease about 3 months ago and he is currently on dialysis 2 to 3 times per week at Babcock Univerity Teaching Hospital, Nigeria. The doctors have determined that he is in need of a kidney transplant in order to save his life. He has 3 main issues now. The first is to get someone that will donate a kidney for him that would match. The second is to get funds to pay for his twice /thrice weekly dialysis and the third is the funds to pay for the surgery. The estimated cost for the total dialysis per week is about $350 (N120,000) and the cost for the surgery is about $28,000 (N10,000,000). The doctors have advised that we get the transplant done as soon as possible so as to avoid further complications from continued dialysis. We are in urgent need of a donor and funds for his management. He would also benefit from your prayers. My cousin is a sweet boy who lost both parents at a tender age. He has been faced with so many challenges in life but he has managed to overcome them.
