Funds for Jamie's Health

Jamie is my daughter and she has been struggling for years with the deterioration of her spine. Recently, she has been unable to work because of the pain she suffers with. She even struggles to take care of their 5 children.
She and her husband have worked seasonally in the tourist town of Boyne City and she is also an artist for many of the local businesses, but this year her inability to walk has been a severe struggle and has caused many financial burdens for their family.
Because the medical help she needs is not available in that part of Michigan, she and her husband must come back to lower Michigan to find the treatment she needs. She needs to heal and get her life back. This is the reason I put out this plea. I'm asking for help to move Jamie's family down state so we can help her heal and take care of her family.
Her husband is already doing a job search for when they get here so the help they need is only for the move. The two older sons, 19 & 17 year olds will need help paying for monthly expenses in Boyne City while the family is here. The 17 year old will be a senior next year and will stay in high school in Boyne City. They are looking for a room to rent. The 19 year old has a job and can buy their food. I was going to make a separate gofundme account for their needs, but I will just tell you here. They are both wonderful young men. The older is very responsible and works at the local chocolate shop and the younger is a student that puts his all into everything he does. Its tragic that they will be separated from their family, but they understand its only for the school year so he can graduate there and so their mom can get well.
So here is what we foresee as the needs that this family is facing:
1. Room & Board for Jamie's boys for 1 year. $3600.
2. Moving Service for Jamie's household items. $500.
3. Funds to live on for one month while Jamie's husband finds a job and starts generating income. $1000.
Our family would be so grateful for any donation to help Jamie find the medical treatment she needs. She is struggling more each week with the pain and the sadness of not being able to take care of things most moms might take for granted. We have offered our place for them to live, but we don't have the finances to help with all of these things. We will help her get to the doctors she needs and help take care of her younger children, which are 6, 7, & 8 year olds. Please help. Time is so important as we are hoping they can be here in June.
