Funds for a bigger vehicle and bills

I am a single mama to four kiddos. My sweet baby Luca has a congenital heart defect. I knew of his condition before he was born but didn't expect things to go as they have. He's been in the hospital since he was born. Nearly 4 months now. This journey has been long and difficult and isn't close to over. We will be heading home soon but I am unable to return to work right now because he requires special care. I am in desperate need of a bigger vehicle. My current car only fits three kids. That obviously won't work. 
I'm not one to ask for help. Ever. But here I am. So if you feel led to help I appreciate it more than you know.
