Hi! My name is Zoe and I am a student at Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork. Each year, the 8th graders at my school choose a topic to study for seven months. This year, I chose interior design. As the service aspect for my project, I partnered with RESPONSE, a women's shelter in our valley for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. RESPONSE recently moved to a new facility in Basalt and they are preparing to open this new emergency shelter. I am raising money to help RESPONSE create a safe and inviting space where women and children can land while planning how to move forward.
