Hello friends and family, my name is Isaac Campeau and I am raising funds for my aunty Lore's funeral costs. Lore passed away suddenly on Sunday April 13th, 2025 and is leaving behind two daughters and one son. Our family has been hosting a sacred fire at Monica's house that will run until Thursday. We will have a service at Cropo funeral home at 1442 Main street in Winnipeg on Tuesday April 22nd (1 pm - 6pm) for her family and friends here in the city, and then we plan on taking her to Sapotewayak for a wake service on April 23rd, followed by her burial on the 25th. We are asking friends and family to help out with some funds. These funds will help to cover some costs for the funeral, as well as gas and food costs for the immediate family to travel to and from Sapotewayak. Lore was raised in Sap but was not a band member of the community. They have been gracious to help us out with some of the burial costs but we will be on our own for some of the additional expenses. We appreciate all of the support from family and friends!
