Fundraising for a new powerchair

I’m Phoebe.
I’m 21 and from the U.K.
I’m physically disabled and in need of a new powerchair.
My current powerchair is very old and second hand. It has a very heavy frame and 2 extremely heavy batteries. The set up is also very complicated and time consuming, and I physically cannot do it because of my conditions. My fiancé has to do the set up, meaning I can’t leave the house alone without him. I also do not have a full driving license so I have no car.
This is leaving me trapped indoors most days, which is severely affecting my physical and mental health.
My current chair is also broken, and the old, heavy batteries don’t let the chair go very far. It barely makes it around the local shop for half an hour. The chair also can only be charged when the batteries are connected to the chair. Meaning my partner has to lift my heavy chair up the set of stairs to our flat and charge it that way. It’s inconvenient, not good for my partners health and means I can’t do it alone.
It also has a low weight limit, meaning my weight isn’t really suitable for the chair.
I’ve been looking for months for suitable second hand chairs, or chairs on finance so I can pay monthly, but I can’t find any suitable.
I was also taken of benefits last year (still fighting to get them back after over a year of trying), so I can’t get any help via the government.
This is really a last resort. I wish I didn’t have to fundraise, but at this point I don’t see any other option. I need independence. Being trapped indoors is ruining my life. It’s ruining my health.

Here is proof of my main pain diagnosis (fibromyalgia), and proof I was prescribed strong painkillers by the hospital. And also proof I have been referred to physiotherapy for my conditions.
I am being investigated for CFS/ME and autism currently.
Along with fibromyalgia, I also have diagnosed:
Clinical depression
Anxiety
Asthma
Hypothyroidism
Severe IBS
I hope these things are enough proof that I am in need of this chair. I would never fundraise for something fake.
