Dillon's Eagle Project will create an indoor consolidated lost and found for Jacobson Elementary. Currently, the school uses 5 tables outside of the multipurpose room to collect student items that are turned in as lost and found.
This project will build 3 cabinets with areas for hanging clothing and a cubicle area for other items (i.e., water bottles, lunch boxes, etc.).
Currently, the lost and found area is unorganized and a health and safety risk to the students. The school has reported that they've had pests nesting in clothing items, and tables are easily bumped into and are routinely covered in dust. The cabinets will allow better organization and will provide a barrier to keep pests and rodents out.
