Fundraiser in aid of Last Hope Rescue

Donation protected
Hi, I'm Sarah and I have been a volunteer for Last Hope Rescue in England since 2016. I have seen firsthand the struggles a small rescue has to deal with on a daily basis. The team work extremely hard, giving up all their free time to help dogs who have been neglected and/or abused and given up on by humans. The rescue really are the dog's Last Hope. They really need help right now to raise funds to cover the pile of Kennel and vet bills which they are being chased weekly for. They rely solely on public funding, with the majority of costs having to be paid from their own personal banks. It would break the teams heart's to have to close their doors.

Read about them below.

Our small volunteer run animal rescue is really struggling and we are being chased daily to settle outstanding kennel and vet bills

Dogs like Sully (pictured) depend on small rescues like ours. To be there for them when they are most in need. When they have been let down by anyone they have ever known. It breaks our heart that we are not in a financial position to be able to help more dogs and continue to help all those already under our care. Unfortunately there has to be a line drawn when we reach the point of a zero bank balance. We are at that point!

Last Hope Rescue is a completely volunteer-run and home-based organisation. With no costly salaries or office overheads, your donations are guaranteed to go directly toward saving lives. Last Hope Rescue relies on public donations to fund our rescue and rehabilitation efforts.

Adoption fees cover only a fraction of the costs needed to care for our animals. Many of our dogs require costly vet bills on arrival and owing to the number of dogs we have in long term foster the responsibility still falls to the rescue to pay for all food and vet costs such as annual boosters and any medical issues. In addition to care and treatment, we also pay for dog behaviourists for the dogs who have additional needs to ensure they find loving homes that are the best fit both for the dog and for the adopter.

Only through the generosity of donors like you, are we able to continue saving dogs from death, neglect and abuse. These donations will save precious lives and enrich those of their new owners.

If you are able to donate any amount to help keep our little rescue operating, we, and the dogs who need our help, will be eternally grateful.
