Fundraiser for Sal

My niece and nephew's dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 Lung Cancer.  My brother in-law is now at home being made as comfortable as possible. They are in New York and I am in Ireland and feel quite useless as I'm so far away ..so would like to raise money to help take some of the financial strain off my sister so she can focus on her family.  They are a very close family and my heart is breaking for them...please help me help them to make this awful time a little bit easier.  All funds will go directly to my sister and be used for medical bills and necessities.
