Help me support a cause that has been near to my heart for many years for many reasons.
If any of you parents out there have been unfortunate enough to need the support, expertise and caring of the incredible people at RCH then you know exactly what I’m talking about.
Kylie and I have had a few visits to RCH (nothing too serious) over the past years with our wee family so we’ve experienced this first hand.
I'm doing the Geelong Ironman 70.3 on Feb 23rd. I'm hoping to finish between 5 and 6 hours (if I can finish), but have never gone anywhere near this distance before.
So let’s trade: your donations for my suffering!
Make your donations interesting, $1 per kilometre, minutes under 6 hours, bet on me not finishing - I don't mind, as long as you donate.
I’m checking in with dexus right now to see if they will match donations so if they come through all the more reason to chip in!
Thank you to my friends, my two boys Leo and Rafe, and most of all my very tolerant wife Kylie for putting up with all the long training hours, the endless ramblings about bike gadgets and the benefits of carbon bike wheels. I love you all!
