Fundraiser for LHS Gay Straight Alliance

Dear Friends,

This fundraiser is for the Lowell High School Gay Straight Alliance/Gender and Sexuality Alliance (LHS GSA) club.

All money raised will be donated to the LHS GSA for future programming and events. We are looking to create more awareness and acceptance on campus, but also to put together events for after school arts and crafts, National Coming Out Day/week, Lowell Pride, movie nights, weekly meetings and others.

I’m reaching out to see if you can help us with our efforts to continue to build a kind, compassionate and loving school community. Last year, as the advisor to a club with no school funding, I personally funded the club by buying t-shirts, craft supplies, LGBTQ+ books and educational materials as well as paying for our booth at Lowell Pride. If you can spare even a few bucks, not only will it make a big difference to our LHS students in the LGBTQ+ community but also show them that there are people in the community who support and care about them.
